In 2010 came the Fiore Fine Roasters brand, with the fruits of many profitable partnerships, and the first concept store in Karambournaki, in front of Thermaikos Gulf.
Philosophy
We teach what proper coffee should be like to anyone who wants to know it better, one cup at a time. As enjoyable as it sounds, it's just as demanding. Because until that first sip, a lot of important things happen.
The careful selection of beans is based on taste and quality criteria. The proper storage, roasting, and use of the beans at the ideal time. The appropriate maintenance of every component - from the roasting oven to the barista's grinder. The appropriately treated water. The enviro-friendly approach. Even the humidity level on the day of brewing that coveted cup of espresso is important. If you factor in every parameter, systematize every process, and incorporate your expertise, then you treat this remarkable product as it should be treated.
Vision
It may sound transcendent, but we know what our eyes will meet beyond the horizon. Our own future passes through our shared present with coffee lovers. A present where every cup of coffee we serve embodies our knowledge and disposition for the best.
Until that next, even better cup. Because that's what evolution is all about. And our own efforts would be meaningless if we weren't constantly searching for the ideal. Even if it's utopian, the journey towards it ought to taste worthy of such a journey.
